Thank you JanS. I guess you can see why I need an Assistant! The Job is Part-time 20-30 hours now till we grow. $15.00 per hour the first 30-90 days, while in training, then $20.00 per hour. Hours are around 11-4. The test is a hurdle in my quest to find a talented person who can grow with the company. This is myt 20th company and I have retired 3 times. I love what I do.
