On August 23, the routes are being redrawn…you may end up with a new carrier, different time…both or neither! New routes are being created to make up for the huge routes that were formed in January. If you are on a new route that is being created, you will get a ‘regular’ carrier around the beginning of October. Your mail will be delivered by various carriers at different times until then…ask your carrier what your situation will be(I’m a carrier and I’ve tried to get the word out on my route so they know that things will improve in October if they are on the part that is going to a newly created route).
