Avoid Tulip at Jeff Square. Went with a colleague when I moved to the area and the tech used a credo blade to cut off my colleague’s calluses into unfolded newspaper (!) and came after me with the same blade. I told her no and she tried to insist. Those things are not legal to use in a salon in the State of Washington. One slip and you could have a major injury or infection. Any cutting of skin needs to be done by a doctor. Never went back.
