There was a fire on the top of a power pole on 105th Street. The fire department responded very quickly (E37) and no sooner was the fire out and the fire truck gone, than a contractor was here and the power restored. All within an hour! The firemen said that there was a ‘fried’ bird on top of the pole that probably caused it to short out. Thank you E37 for your prompt and competent response. Also thank you to the city contractor for their quick work.
