VG, I would love to see someone set up a Carolina-style whole-hog pit BBQ around town. I like just about all the different styles of barbecue we have in our country, but that style is my favorite as well. I just happened to be at The Swinery on Tuesday when the counter man had his sandwich delivered to him; looks to be exactly what you and I are craving. I’ll be going back soon to try one.
