I used Environix during my years in real estate and personally for a law suit against my home builder. They are professional, took several air quality tests and gave me great advice. There is no “govenment agency” for stuff like this unless you’re in a Federal building.
BE VERY CARFUL with mold, it is deadly and can cause a lot of damage to your lungs, etc…
