If experience is any guide, then Whole Paycheck will have a lot or garage that will equal any in WS for entitled drivers.
I once had a tow truck driver call the cops to make enough room to get a car out of the lot (U district) since no one would pay any attention to his flashing light bar. There were three confrontation away from the car in question while we were there, each involving people who would not yield to anyone trying to get out of the spaces.
The lot was normal size and had multiple entrances. The tow driver said he had had more problems within that lot than any other in the city.
