Jeannie, yes, they’re brown bonnets. Just had one last week while visiting my sister in Massapequa. :) My sister was surprised that that was what I wanted, since they now make all kind of gourmet “mix-in” type of things at Carvel, but I wanted something basic from “the old days.”
And thanks for the link to the website – someone mentioned to me that there was a site, but I hadn’t looked for it.
