Those interior stairwell walls are fantastic! I must find out how that’s done….
I helped some friends decorate their house for Halloween. To get the glowing graffiti we painted tulle fabric with UV paint and hung it up, they had several black lights plugged into power strips.I think we mixed some baby powder into the paint to help it stick. Good luck and have fun!
Oh wow, those stairwells remind me of a very creepy episode of the UK show Luther, with Idris Elba.
