Another planned development? West Seattle will need more gas stations.
I’m assuming you received a Notice from the Department of ecology? Did you read it?
I did. I read this:
“The planned development will include construction of two separate mixed-use commercial/residential buildings with subgrade parking that will extend lot-line to lot-line and will include additional parcels to the south and west.”
Along with the rest.
This is old news. This is the whole foods project. The West Seattle Blog has been covering the design review meetings for a while now,
We will still need more gas stations.
That is why they took over the gas station that is kitty corner from their existing location. They wanted to keep their customers happy. :)
